Free Game Friday: TripleA and Physigons

Ooh, Friday came round quickly this week. Well that means it's time for games.

TripleA is a free turn based strategy game and it's rather good. Although not finished, it's already in quite a late beta stage, so it's good to go. It's quite ambitious and the battlefields cover many different landscapes.

You can play against AI or human opponents and, something more games should do, specify if the AI can cheat or not. There's really not much more I can say about this. If you're interested in this sort of thing, you're probably now curious enough to check it out for yourself. And if you're not, then you've stopped reading already. Go here if you're the former:

I call this work "Recumbent Clown"
I like to have at least one unusual game on here and today it's Physigons. It's not really a game per se, nut more of a physics simulator. Like in Minecraft, you can place blocks, except in Physigons they can be any size or shape (you can even design your own). In every other respect, it's more like Garry's Mod.

You painstakingly assemble shapes in order to create anything you like. And the best thing of all that it's it's all done in a PhysX environment so you can smash them to pieces in delightful ways. It would be astonishing if you could link several players environments together online, but that's unlikely to happen I suppose.

It'll make you laugh, make you cry, change your life:
